The shuttle service was not great. I often waited a long time. it seemed like the resort needed more shuttles running. also the breakfast lacked variety, it was the same options every day! the coffee tasted burnt too. it was quite disappointing.

the pool was good FOR relaxation and enjoyment.
the shuttle service was VERY infrequent, requiring long waits of up to 40 minutes for transport around the resort. this made even simple tasks such AS reaching the reception difficult. CHECK-in lacked assistance with luggage, and despite advance notice, no one assisted us with our bags at checkout, forcing us to walk down a steep hill with ALL our belongings.

natural light came through the windows, facing views. this room was great for comfort. overall, the accommodation provided a wonderful experience.
the internal shuttle service was not predictable. i noticed only two tuktuks around the hotel. on one occasion, i waited for over twenty minutes. for those staying only a few days, this can become stressful.

the staff were beautiful and helpful. i arranged a transfer from krabi to phuket within 24 hours. they were very efficient and friendly, and i appreciated their assistance with all my needs.

i loved the location outside the hustle. the infinity pool was amazing!!! it is still super close to walk to the main street. it is about a ten-minute walk but there is so much to see along the way.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. a smart tv with netflix access was available in the room. the staff carried our bags to the room which i thought was helpful. the pool area was beautiful and the gym was very clean.
i sometimes waited longer than i wanted for the shuttle.

The resort is in a very natural setting. I could hear many different birds and monkeys around. The provided car service transports you from reception to rooms located uphill. These rooms offer excellent views of the grounds and the main road. A 7-Eleven is across the street. It is very convenient for quick needs. Massages here are rejuvenating, especially after a long day.
The egg station had a very LONG queue at breakfast. Only one person was cooking at a time.
